Medion, a German manufacturer brings "the smallest nettop PC in the world" to the market called Akoya Mini E2076D.

It is only 20mm thick and 173mm deep

Nvidia’s GeForce 9400M graphics chipset capable of decoding HD video

A cut-down version of it will also be available with specifications:

Integrated Intel graphics
Includes Windows XP
More powerful E2076D will include Windows Vista.

E2076D - €350 alongside a wireless keyboard and mouse
