With this new and novel idea, there is no need to spend money over a bike or a scooter. Yes, you can actually take this scooter on rent. This scooter is known as Link scooter. It is pretty nice and good solution for the users who can hire a small, lightweight electronic scooter from a Hub. After arriving at his destination, he can return the scooter at another Hub.
